Graystone Enclave holds a selection of opportunities outside the public market. They are neither listed nor advertised. They are introduced privately and directly, only to those whose criteria align with what is held.
Each introduction is preceded by quiet assessment. Criteria are understood. Counterparties are qualified. No names are exchanged, and no opportunity is presented until fit and timing are confirmed. The process is designed to protect the time, privacy and interests of everyone involved.
These introductions are rare because of restraint. Graystone holds what it considers significant and introduces it, at the right moment, to the right party. The most significant opportunities, in our experience, require no more than a single, well-timed conversation.

Every introduction is preceded by a private briefing. We assess alignment between your criteria and what is held before either party is named. No opportunity is presented until fit and timing have been confirmed.
Counterparty identities are protected throughout. No information is shared without mutual consent. Every introduction operates under a shared commitment to controlled visibility and confidential handling at every stage.
Each opportunity in this category is introduced to one qualified party at a time. There is no parallel process and no circulation. Once an opportunity is extended, it is no longer offered elsewhere.
